Q.  How long will it take for my goods to arrive?

A.  Please refer to the Delivery tab, usually within 10days depending on the product and availability.

Q.  Is Briant Curtaining a legitimate company?

A.  Yes, please read our case studies and check out our rankings. Briant’s were established in 1973 by it’s current owners, we offer high quality products at affordable prices.

Q.  Why are the goods so reasonable?

A.  We purchase a lot of product from many suppliers, on line we can offer you these genuine products at a reduced rate.

Q.  Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

A.  Yes, there are NO hidden costs.

Q.  Are they genuine products?

A.  They are genuine, check out the suppliers website and you will see us listed. We DO NOT sell seconds.

Q.  I can’t find what I am looking for, can you still supply the goods to me?

A.  Briant’s are an independent supplier of most fabric’s, wallpaper and blinds, as a result we can normally source a product for you, simply email us with your requirements and we will advise accordingly.

Q.  Who will deliver the goods to me?

A.  We do offer an installation service, should request this service then the installation will be carried out by our trained installers.

A.  If you don’t have the installation service then the goods can either be picked up from our store in Coventry or we will get them delivered to you directly from the manufacturer.

Q.  What’s the catch?

A.  There is no catch, all you need to do is to ensure that you purchase the correct goods, if you are unsure then simply email or call us for more information.

Q.  Can you help me with working out the number of rolls of paper required?

A.  Yes we will help you with the quantities, simply email us with your wall dimensions, we will do the rest. However our quantity will be dependant on the ability of your decorator, some papers are tricky to hang, some will have a half drop, this means that the paper has to be hung in a certain way, failure to do this will result in more paper being required.

Q.  What Guarantee do I have for faulty goods?

A.  Please refer to our terms and conditions.

Q.  What happens if I order the wrong product?

A.  Refer to the terms and conditions.

Q.  Why cant I find the colour number for my product?

A.  We are currently looking at changes to our website to make it easier to order your goods, until this time you will need to ensure that you have the correct code for the product that you are purchasing, this can be sought by investigating on line, or visiting a showroom. If in doubt please email or call us and we can arrange for samples to be sent to you.

Q.  What do I do if in need more fabric/wallpaper from the same batch?

A.  When you receive your fabric/wallpaper there will be a label attached, on this label there will be a batch number and product code, you should keep this. When ordering more from us you can order it on line as you would usually, in the delivery instructions section you should then advise the batch that you require the goods to be from. Please be aware that there is no guarantee that we can provide goods from the same batch, this will be subject to availability. If in doubt then call.

Q.  I don’t mind ordering on line, however I would prefer to speak to someone directly to confirm that I am doing the right thing, can I order the goods by telephone?

A.  Yes orders and queries are available by telephone from 9am till 10pm 7 days a week.

Q.  I have a query, can I call someone?

A.  Our telephone service is available from 9am till 10pm 7 days a week, after these times you can email us, we will get back to you within 12 hours.

Q.  Can I open a trade account?

A. We are always interested in working with Trade clients, if you are an interior designer, retailer, curtain maker or someting similar then we would be happy to discuss opening an account with you.

Q. I have a large order, can i get more discount from you?

A. Briant's already offer a fantastic product at a fantastic price, however, for large order of 10 rolls of paper or 30+ meters of fabric we may be able to offer you more discount. Please email warren@briantcurtaining.co.uk for more information.
